Solutions Analyst

May 2024 - September 2024

While working full-time at Mesa, I supported their real estate company, construction company, and winery, driving key initiatives for growth. I implemented a loyalty system for the real estate and winery businesses, increasing customer feedback and data collection while boosting repeat purchases for the winery by 40%.

I launched a sampling product campaign that achieved a 25% conversion rate on wine sales and designed a three-sided data marketing funnel that expanded the consumer database by 300%. This funnel incorporated a QR system for data collection at the wine tasting room and a raffle prompt system that incentivized customer engagement, delivering an impressive 4000% ROI.

Additionally, I revamped company websites with enhanced UX, significantly improving engagement metrics and delivering a more seamless user experience.

Amaze Software

Market Analyst
October 2023 - May 2024

During my time at Amaze Software, I was responsible for developing a comprehensive market entry roadmap into the college market. By conducting in-depth analysis of consumer behavior and campus market dynamics, I identified key opportunities and addressed pain points through extensive customer research. These insights were translated into actionable recommendations, resulting in a successful entry that drove a 30% increase in sales. My ability to transform customer data into clear, impactful strategies was instrumental in achieving these results and establishing the foundation for the company’s go-to-market approach.

Collaboration was central to this success. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Coordinator, I refined marketing strategies to maximize their impact. Together, we built a data-driven roadmap that aligned with the company’s broader objectives. I also engaged directly with campus market segments, conducting multiple rounds of interviews, pitching to executive boards, and designing surveys to ensure the strategy was accurate and resonated with the target audience. This hands-on approach not only led to success at the initial campus but also produced a scalable strategy that Amaze has since implemented at over a dozen campuses nationwide.

As Program Manager for TAMID Consulting Group, I oversaw eight teams comprising a total of 45 students, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services to tech startups. I guided each team through the project lifecycle, from scoping and research to final presentations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and professional standards. By mentoring team leads and members, I helped refine their problem-solving and consulting skills, empowering them to provide actionable insights and measurable value to our clients.

Beyond program management, I directed the organization’s operational excellence and strategic growth. I worked to coordinate efforts across consulting, finance, and marketing departments, streamlining workflows and enhancing collaboration. Additionally, I implemented initiatives to increase member engagement, including professional development workshops and team-building activities. By fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, I ensured that the organization maintained a strong reputation while delivering impactful results for both clients and members.

Nourishment Vitality

Marketing Project Manager
January 2023 - June 2023

As Marketing Project Manager for Nourishment Vitality, I spearheaded the company’s social media presence, driving a 45% increase in engagement and follower growth. Leading a team of six students, I developed and executed targeted marketing strategies tailored to three distinct customer personas. By translating the company’s existing content into engaging formats for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, I successfully expanded the brand’s reach and strengthened its connection with diverse audiences.

I also played a key role in ensuring alignment with corporate strategies by collaborating with stakeholders to gain buy-in and approval for initiatives. My approach combined modern content creation techniques with a strong focus on consumer segmentation, enabling the team to deliver high-quality, impactful marketing campaigns that elevated Nourishment Vitality’s digital presence and brand awareness.
